A test of the Sammy notification system

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 8 (part 11)

Well Mum, I think I'll start with the neighborhood kids growing up.

This is Shaun, Dugan Gruffman's boy. He is also growing to look a lot like his dad.


Apparently Mick Lessen has been getting very friendly with Sarah Netty. This is their little one, Jenifer. No Mum, that's not a typo. I don't know why it's spelt that way instead of the standard one.


The Bodette's have three lovely children. Sandy

Mary has been coming home with Tommy after school quite a lot.


We had a couple of new people move into town too. I believe their names are Marta and Wyatt


This little one is Alicia and Jared's baby Jaime Carter


And this is Raven Zaney Marsh as a teen


Now for the news from home. Thomas went out of control and zapped the baby's crib with his experimental device.


When I realised what he'd done, I was so angry. I really let him know it too




Thomas told me I seemed to be upset

Upset wasn't nearly strong enough a description

Then he apologised


When I calmed down, I decided that maybe it's not Thomas's fault. So we went to the hospital with Geoffrey Landgraab. Geoffrey and I did some tests on Thomas's genetics.



That device that they give someone at the top of the Science career alters their DNA. That's why Thomas's hair has been changing and why every zap seems to make him worse. That's why everyone who gets to the top of Science is always a Mad Scientist, they can't resist trying the new techy toy a few times and even once is once too many.

The good news is that Thomas is ready to give up his job now. And my time as a Gene Therapist has given me some insight in how we can revert his DNA back to normal. It may take a bit of effort between Geoffrey and I to get it right but we will get Thomas back to his old lovable self.

Well, Mum, life is getting a bit odd.

Don't worry about the grandchildren, they are fine. Tommy is doing excellent at school. He doesn't always enjoy doing his homework though.

What is getting odd is Thomas. He is so fascinated by what happens to objects he experiments on.

Luckily, the fridge was improved by this one.

Still, I'm worried about this so I had a chat to Thomas to tell him not to experiment with anything to do with the children


and he agreed that it might not be best for them.

But I'm still worried about Thomas, he's changing


I'm not sure if it's the experiments or his current job that's doing it






But I am very worried.

Hi Mum,

Just a brief update

Two of my favorite people in the world.


I adore little Cindy




And this guy too.




And once again, before we knew what happened, she was the most adorable toddler in town.


I am thinking that Thomas being at the top of science may be feeling the strain. He's looking a bit different.


And he's starting to do weird experiments with our belongings.


But maybe I'm just a bit paranoid, he is doing fine with Cindy


BTW - did you want new pics of the kids around the neighborhood? I had a shock the other day when I noticed that Dominique Lessen, Raven Marsh and a few of the others are teens now. Teens! How did that happen? Where did the time go?

Hey Mum, would you believe that you are almost up to date with my life now?

Our son Tommy grew to be a fine boy


I've changed careers, say hi to your son Doctor Sam Grant.  The medical profession has much longer hours than the science career, I hope it will be worth it.  At least no one can complain that I'm sleeping with my boss.  My new boss, Geoffrey Landgraab is an old friend so we do get along well.


And after two days, they put me in the Trauma Center.


There seemed to be this odd day where lots of couples got engaged and tied the knot.  First hit was Tanya and Jon, now the Lessen family.  Isn't their little girl cute?  Her name is Candy


Jared and Alicia did the same.  Sorry Mum, I'm sure we'll get a decent pic of the baby someday


When I had the boss over, I couldn't resist bragging about our son


And the big news?  Well, Thomas decided that he really wanted another baby.  So here is our darling little princess, Cindy (short for Cinderella).



I'm glad I'm in medicine now. A few times Thomas has brought home fish from work and I'm a bit worried about what experiments they were used in. I know that science expects you to be a guinea pig from time to time, I had this one that left me afraid of everything for 2 days.

Hi Mum,

It seems like just yesterday I wrote and time has simply flown by.  Lot's of those adorable toddlers have grown into children.  This is Sandy Bodette - the oldest of Jerod and Kathryn

I knew she'd be cute.

Speaking of cute...still cute and still mine.

Jared Carter told me that he and Alicia had a little girl now


And before we knew what happened, Tommy was a toddler.  Here are the two best looking guys in Sunset Valley.




I told Tommy that the police let our burglar escape


He thought it was funny


Then we started on science.  He should know what daddy does during the day.

I adore our little boy.

Isn't he just the cutest boy?  I'm so glad I took a few days off.


Before we knew what happened, it was already time for Tommy's birthday again.
