Mrs Grant is enjoying her home cooked breakfast. Well, it was home cooked however it's some of our leftovers. Our fridge has a ton of leftover breakfast now.
A nice peaceful morning. She has a book to study for work.
Me? I just want to read somewhere near her.
Her book reading was interrupted by the new maid.
Now Georgia has had one of those "Gosh, I'm impressed by you. Maybe we should hang around together" moments. You are the maid. Clean the place, we aren't paying you to hang out.
My first acting job. Obviously we are not working on "Nearly Naked Chef" today.
Hmm SimIron Chef, I wish I knew what this program was about. Too late now though, plunge right in.
Poor Georgia felt a little bit queasy. I hope it's nothing too serious.
SimIron Chef is a bit scary. They hand you the oddest ingredients in the history of cooking and give you 1/2 hour to make a 5 course meal. Insane. Fortunately, it's not a real cooking show and all I had to do was go through the motions. The real work was done a day or two ago.
Whatever was wrong with Georgia can't have been serious. She perked right up and went off to gym.
Such a cute outfit. Hmm, can anything make her look less then adorable?
Oh. My.
Georgia was so briefly ill that we never thought this was the cause. But she woke me with the news that I'm going to be a daddy.
In a tiny one bedroom apartment with very little spare space.
This will not do. This is not at all acceptable.
I went over to the business center to get a loan. I want a house, space for the family and we still haven't the cash to get anything of a decent size. We aren't broke however a house costs more than we have available.
My loan was 20,000. With that and our savings, we moved.
Our first house. It could use some decorating and new furniture. Still we love that there's space for a growing family, the downstairs is a little bigger than our apartment was. Then there is upstairs as well.
Nothing but the best that I can manage for the little one. We are both hoping for a little girl.
And we are both very excited.
The director had me researching a new part today. I had to spent a good part of the day at the sports dome hanging out with the team.
First things first when I got home. Talk to Georgia and the baby, then change out of my work clothes.
--------
Note: Usually I'm terrible about babies and cribs. I'll drop cribs almost anywhere in the house. But the apartment was so tiny, Sam and Georgia would have had to sell a piece of furniture to make room for a crib. So I set up a couple of new houses. And had a pair of Sims move into this one while waiting for Georgia to show so they had a proper reason to move. Amelia and Captain Jack were kindly moved to a house well above their means so this one was available again.

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 42 (Part 9)
I'm an engaged man. I love it. I can't stop thinking about how happy this makes me.
If getting engaged is this good, how will being married make me feel?
Georgia still chats up her friend Stella. She likes to keep up with lower beings.
I know, I shouldn't. It wasn't long ago that no one knew my name. Now nearly everyone does. And it is good to have friends with no celebrity status. They help keep you grounded.
Because if your friends can't help you stay grounded, this could lead to trouble.
I'm getting recognised all over town now. It's getting so I never know when I'll be asked for an autograph. It can make getting somewhere on time a bit of a problem, I have to pause for autographs and photographs.
It's part of the price of fame. So far, it's great. The occasional freebie. People who love to meet me.
Why is it I keep looking for the sting? There has to be something wrong with this setup. There must be some bad to go with all this good.
We're both excited, it's our wedding day.
I know, you are hoping for a big formal affair with gorgeous flowers and so forth. Well, that's not what we are planning. We've rented one of the clubs in the city for the night. Not so pretty and romantic but there will be dancing and drinking until all hours. Since they don't hire out venues that are both great for parties *and* pretty, we'll hire the party place.
When did Georgia buy that? I love it. It really accentuates her ass...ets, yeah assets is what I meant. That's a view a man could wake up to forever and ever.
She would be sexy in an old sack but this is much much better. If it wasn't getting too close to work time, I'd rip that right off.
Patience, Sam. Wedding then clothes ripping can commence.
I'm not the only once excited about tonight. Georgia is ringing her office and her friends just to brag.
Does anyone else look so incredibly cute in this outfit? Not every girl could pull off the overall worker outfit but does it ever work for her.
What a day. Just a few more hours to the wedding and I've been promoted to actor. I'm doing so well in this career. The money is just starting to be good, the hours are great and I won't stop until I reach the very top.
So we invited our friends to help celebrate.
Every time I see Beau, I think about asking him to turn me. What is the life of a vampire like? Would I like it or go screaming to the Science Lab for a cure?
Not something I should worry about tonight.
Tonight it's all about Georgia. That sweet Georgia.
Poor Georgia. It's all a bit much for her. She had a little moment again.
It's ok, sweetie. I am here for you. Whenever you need me. For whatever you need.
Finally, she's better and we can exchange the rings.
Seal that deal with a kiss, baby. Or should I say Mrs Georgia Grant?
The party went on for hours. Dancing, exchanging hugs with our friends.
That's plenty of party for me, let's get home.
Not another autograph hound? Sheesh, will I never get out of here and go home?
He thinks I'm worth hanging out with. Sorry buddy, the feeling isn't mutual. Go home and ebay the signature. I know that's what you want to do.
And this is the reason for the hurry home. Mrs Grant, would you like to have some fun in bed with me tonight?
Oh yeah, now this is the life.

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 42 (part 8)
Another day, and more practice at Naked Chef. Breakfast is pretty much our only meal at home. We head for work around lunchtime and tend to eat out somewhere at dinner.
It's a day off work for both of us. Georgia's been asked by her agent to work out for a few hours. I haven't been to the gym in days. I think it's time for both of us to head over.
Might give Travis a ring, see if he wants to work out today.
Travis agreed to meet at the gym. It's obvious that he's still really stoked about getting married.
Hmmm. Marriage...
As it turned out, I didn't actually work out at all. Mostly because of seeing superstar Matthew
He's where I want to be. Top of the profession, super celebrity status, admired by women everywhere.
I started with an autograph.
Then just chatted to Matthew about this and that. Our careers, the latest gossip, how he copes with being followed everywhere by fans and cameras.
You can bet the rest of town will know about this soon. The paparazzi were here and taking pictures like crazy.
Georgia managed to get some exercise time in. Travis and I failed.
Decided it was time for another party - we are up-scaling to rent The Aquarius for the night.
I arrived first and made sure to buy a round of drinks.
Georgia finally had a chance to meet Travis. I hope they get on, they are two of my favorite people.
We had a nice turn out. Some of my coworkers, some of our friends.
The party went well. I chatted to everyone. There was drinking, dancing, socialising. A couple of regular customers as well, I didn't want to spend the extra cash for exclusive access.
The party was a smashing success, the bartender smashed nearly every bottle in the house that night. She was a bit clumsy when doing some of the drinks. Eventually though we headed for home.
Georgia made a beeline for her painting.
I hope Georgia won't mind but I really have to interrupt her. Although, I'll wait for her to finish that little section. The view is very nice from here. And I don't mean the view of her painting either.
It's time to tell her that she is the most gorgeous woman in the city.
She said she knew that.
And that I love her truly, madly, deeply.
She claims she was pretty sure about that too.
And that I want her to be mine forever more.
Ha, that one caught her by surprise!
She accepted my ring! We are engaged.
We are both very happy.
It took no time at all for the word to spread. It was in the papers so much that Georgia is a 3 star celeb now and I'm a 4 star.
Don't worry, we won't wait long for a wedding. I don't want to give her a chance to think at all. She might just come to her senses if she stops to think.

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 42 (part 7)
I finally got a real agent. His first suggestion was for me to make friends with Stella, the same person that Georgia just made friends with. I didn't have to work at impressing her, she loved meeting another celebrity.
We chatted for awhile about this and that; being celebrities, the latest scandals, the hottest nightclubs in town. She seems nice enough. One more friend in this city for Sammy.
I hope the new agent keeps finding things like this. Easy and who doesn't need a few more friends in life?
Georgia went shopping. I'm really fond of her new dress.
Ok, I love that it really shows off her legs. Very nice.
She bought the dress after a long stressful day at work. They called her back for some extra stuff and that's when her stress levels just sky rocketed. A small freak out and a new dress later, she's feeling calm again. That dress only cost *slightly* more than she earned from the overtime.
I was headed to the dump. Don't ask, I just felt the need to dig through some trash. The apartment is just a bit ... tidy for my tastes.
What is *she* doing here? She's big time. She's one of our city's major celebrities, surely she's doesn't need to dig through trash?
And not impressed by me. Not even the tiniest little bit.
I did try for awhile. But I have a long way to go with this one.
Well, I got a bit tired of this and heard through the grapevine that someone got married. I went over to the newlyweds place with the intention of crashing a wedding party.
The newlyweds Travis and Cassidy Kane didn't have a party. Just married and no party? Damn.
Well, I'm here so I should at least congratulate them.
Travis and I hit it off straight away. We both love sports of all types and hate cleaning. I think he was impressed by my celebrity status.
He told me that he's just starting in the local team, but he's not going to be at the bottom of the squad for long. I believe him. He won't rest easy at the bottom of the heap.
Georgia got a great offer. Turn up to the Plasma Club, and order a drink then drink it.
She waltzed straight by the bouncer. Mmmm, I like this dress too. Good one for waltzing around.
She ordered a drink, drank it and earned a cool $1000 for the effort. Now that has to be one of the least effort job ever offered.
Travis and I are really getting on. He's a really nice guy, we should hang out from time to time. I bet he'll be willing to meet up at the gym regularly. Having someone to train with should motivate both of us.
I'm glad I came by. I think Travis is going to be one of my best friends in the city. He's more down to earth then the celebs I meet at work.
But I can't say the same about his wife Cassidy. I did chat with her a bit but I just don't see the appeal.
Marriages are going viral around here. Hugo has just married Kacyn. He's a lucky man, she's a lovely girl.
Should I ask Georgia? Is it Time?
Ben and Macy's little girl. Isn't she a sweetie? Macy isn't getting along very well with Ben these days. She's a bit tired of having to share him with almost every woman in town.

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 42 (part 6)
Yep, here I am, in the kitchen making breakfast again.
I don't mind, it's not an onerous chore. I take care of the morning meal while Georgia takes care of other stuff.

Hi Mum, it's Sammy clone 42 (part 5)
Well, Mum, you'll be pleased to know that I can make waffles without burning down the kitchen. Sometimes, it's the small things that are important in life.
Maybe I should get dressed before cooking. Nah, it's not like someone would complain about the view.
Of course, there are big things that are important too. Like the fact that Georgia has moved in. She's still a little stressed by the move.
