I find that I am having strange dreams


But they may not be dreams for much longer


Rachel tells me the news


I was so surprised, I actually argued with her for a moment.

But she forgave me for that moment.

For a couple of adventurous souls, we've turned into complete home bodies for the moment


We can hardly believe it


It's that dream again


I can hardly believe my luck, just looking at her





Nothing ruffles her feathers


Then it's finally time


She wasn't impressed by my small panic attack

but she's in pain and I'm about to be a daddy.

Rachel took a short break in France but she says it was all about food and nectar. No treasure at all, drat it.

Finally home again. After a strenuous trip, it's always good to relax.


I claimed a reward for that massage


And got slightly carried away


It was definitely love


Rachel seems pretty happy with the idea




And so we prepare for a new sort of adventure


Rachel said yes so we will soon be married


About to marry the most gorgeous woman in the world






Definitely the best part

Rachel and I have decided to travel to France and get better acquainted


Well, that was the plan but the call of adventure was too much. I agreed to retrieve a special item for one of the locals. So it's back into caves for me.

This wall is suspicious

I have got to spend *way* more time in the gym

Finally, major treasure


I was going to ask Rachel what her holiday had been like but


When she finished the nap, we went home


On the way home, I found out that Rachel was exhausted because she had been exploring the Museum. As it turns out, there was some hidden areas and she found the remains of a curator who had accidentally trapped himself. We've moved in together and I'll have more chances to get to know her.

Now that I'm back, I need to work on my people skills.

1st June 10

The approval from the museum has finally come through.  I've been helping them identify artifiacts for years now.  They have agreed it's time for me to go relic hunting myself, instead of waiting for specimens to arrive then determine they are worthless.  This first trip is just to get familar with Simla, learn a bit of culture and study the martial arts. 

2nd June

Bags are packed and I'm off


There's a well established base for travelers in this city, plenty of beds and a good kitchen.  I'm sure I'll be spending a lot of time resting up here during each expedition.



The main transportation is either by foot or bicycle




 The martial arts academy doesn't hold organized classes.  Just visit when you need to train


The lowest level of martial arts is the white belt


Sparring with a partner is a much faster way to progress




4th June

Ouch, no one told me these things fight back.

Time to return but I've managed to gain an orange belt and made some good contacts in the city.
